We like to educate all of our patients about what our official office policies are prior to their initial visit.
Many of the most common questions our patients ask are answered in this section. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us online or call the office, 703-640-1000, during normal business hours.
Office Policies
Appointments
We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge. We also reserve the right to reschedule an appointment if a patient arrives later than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Please call if you’re concerned you won’t be on time, or need to come at a later time.
Insurance & Payments
If you do not have insurance, we will be glad to discuss payment arrangements with you at the time of your visit. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Privacy Practices
Let's discuss payment options and financing prior to your procedure. We want to make sure that we answer all of your questions and provide alternatives.
